How it works
From proven product to Gulf company, in five steps.
Traction is checked first and money moves last. Each step is finished before the next begins.
-
01
Select
We start with what already works: a live product, paying customers and at least 12 months of revenue. We check the numbers, the code and the people.
-
02
Structure
We form a new Omani company with the founders and move the product's IP into it. It has no owners, money or customers in Iran.
-
03
Relocate
With partners in Oman we arrange residency for founders and key staff, a desk in Muscat, and the files banks ask for.
-
04
Launch
We adapt the product for Arabic-speaking customers, win first clients in Oman, then expand across the Gulf.
-
05
Raise
Investors back the ventures they choose, each through its own vehicle. Later rounds come from Gulf funds.
Clean by design
Every company we back is an Omani company with no owners, money or customers in Iran. Every investor and every deal is screened, and sanctions counsel reviews each structure before money moves. We never move funds into or out of Iran.
Why Oman
-
01
Own 100%.
Foreign founders can fully own companies in most sectors.
-
02
Stay for the long run.
Residency for founders and staff, and investor residency of 5 to 10 years.
-
03
Capital to grow.
Future Fund Oman is deploying RO 2 billion over five years, about a tenth of it for SMEs and startups.
-
04
A door to the Gulf.
From Muscat, a team can sell across the GCC in Arabic and English.
